The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, open files, maintain diary schedules, draft contract packs and handle post-exchange duties including SDLT, AP1 and Land Registry requisitions,

Responsibilities

• Full range of administrative duties managing and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors as required
• Opening files, ensuring all files are fully compliant
• Diary management
• Drafting of contract packs
• Dealing with post exchange administration, preparing COTS, carrying out final searches; lodging SDLT and AP1
• Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
• Audio and copy typing/digital dictation
