Confidential, a regional firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/Fee Earner in Huntingdon. The role covers all conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion, offering job security and progression.

You will handle sales and purchases, registered and unregistered titles, and matters such as remortgages, transfers of equity, and Land Registry applications, while generating leads and building relationships with local agents.

Qualifications

• Experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner.
• Involvement in all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion.
• Covering sales & purchases, registered and unregistered titles, freehold/leasehold/new build & shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Land Registry applications.
