Job summary

Clayton Recruitment Limited in Wimbledon is recruiting an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal to join the firm’s Property Department. You will support an experienced fee earner on a varied conveyancing caseload.

This office-based, full-time role offers progression toward fee earning and SQE study. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of residential property experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential property experience in a paralegal role.

Responsibilities

• Support an experienced fee earner with a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Assist with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 2-3 years' residential property experience who is keen to develop their technical knowledge, take on more responsibility and ultimately progress into a fee-earning position.

You will initially work closely with an experienced fee earner, providing support on a varied residential conveyancing caseload while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

The Role

• Supporting an experienced fee earner with a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties.

You will also have exposure to a wider Property Department handling both residential and commercial matters, including higher-value transactions involving properties in and around Wimbledon.
