Clayton Legal in the North West is recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established residential property team in a hybrid role. You will support the team across a varied caseload and progress your own matters with guidance from experienced fee earners.

The role focuses on sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property files, with strong client care and deadlines. A solid conveyancing background and attention to detail are essential, along with proactive, independent

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a residential conveyancing role is essential.
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
• Experience managing and progressing your own caseload.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Professional, approachable and client-focused.
