Job summary

LR Legal Recruitment's client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to support the Residential Property team with a varied caseload from instruction to completion.

You will assist with sales and purchases, prepare and review documents, conduct property searches, liaise with clients and third parties, and help maintain accurate case records while progressing matters within timescales.

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team.

The firm has a strong reputation for providing a high-quality, personal service to its clients and is seeking an organised and motivated individual with previous residential conveyancing experience to join its growing team.

The Role

Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will provide support across a varied residential property caseload and play an important role in ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with residential property sales and purchases.
