Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Operations Manager to lead a high-performing Residential Conveyancing department for a leading conveyancer in the UK. This role involves overseeing client service delivery, managing a team, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead residential conveyancing services, ensuring SLAs are met and client expectations exceeded.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through meetings and engagement activities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage change initiatives within the department.
  • Support and develop team members to achieve high performance.
  • Monitor team performance, focusing on exchange conversion rates and pipeline management.
  • Enhance the client journey and overall customer experience.
  • Handle complaints professionally and promptly.
Candidate Profile
  • Leadership experience managing a team at a Team Leader level or above.
  • Operational process management experience, preferably in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Technical expertise in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of the UK conveyancing market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
