They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Delph office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in property law while working in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed
  • Handling file‑related queries from clients, either face‑to‑face or by telephone
  • Supporting timely and cost‑effective processing of conveyancing matters
  • Maintaining accurate and organised client files
  • Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries
  • Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements
  • Supporting business development by liaising with clients and identifying cross‑selling opportunities
  • Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision
