• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
• Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met, and clients are kept fully informed.
• We ensure all employees receive the training for the anti-money laundering regulations, meet the Lexcel standards and compliance within the property industry.
