Law Staff is seeking an Experienced Conveyancing Lawyer in Chelmsford to manage a varied residential property caseload, guided by a supportive team and advanced legal technology. The role offers genuine career progression, continuous professional development and strong client exposure.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' PQE in residential property.
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

• Ability to mentor junior colleagues within the team.
• Experience coordinating with remote solicitors or teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property caseload to a high standard on a day-to-day basis.

• Develop workload at the Chelmsford office in collaboration with local agents.

Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer:

• Managing a residential property caseload to a high standard on a day-to-day basis

Requirements of the Conveyancing Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' PQE in residential property
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Sound understanding of SRA and CQS compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of data security and confidentiality requirements
