Your Role:

You’ll handle a diverse range of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Managing the full conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
• Advising and supporting clients with clear and timely communication.
• Overseeing contracts, reports, and compliance requirements.
• Liaising with solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and the conveyancing process.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Leadership potential – experience managing a team is a plus, but not essential.
• Comfortable using case management systems and office software.
