Job description

A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a traditional high street firm in Wigan. Requirements:

1. It is not essential but would be a benefit if you are qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
2. At least 3+ years’ experience managing a property portfolio of cases from inception to completion.
3. Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity is essential.
4. You must be able to competently manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters.
5. The ability to communicate professionally and be a good ambassador of the firm.
