Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management in Bourne seeks an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the Residential Conveyancing Team. The ideal candidate may be a Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal with Residential Property experience and solid IT skills. Hours: 9am–5.15pm.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join our Residential Conveyancing Team based at our Bourne office.
We are seeking an individual who has relevant professional experience within Residential Property Law. Applicants may be a Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or an experienced Paralegal.
This role will involve managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and transactions. The successful candidate will have direct client contact and will assist with, and progressively undertake, a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. They will be committed to delivering an excellent client experience and maintaining the highest standards of client care.
