The successful candidate will handle residential conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, supporting a collaborative team while delivering high-quality client service and accurate file records.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property transactions including repossession properties.
• Ability to manage a defined caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong client-service orientation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential property transactions involving repossessed properties.
• Deal with freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 files.
• Contribute to the conveyancing process in collaboration with colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver high-quality client care and conveyancing support.
