TSR Legal is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner / CILEx to join its residential property team near Talbot Green. Salary up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The role requires handling residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, with a focus on delivering excellent client service. Ideal candidates will have strong residential conveyancing experience, the ability to manage deadlines, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold).
• Handle transactions from instruction to post-completion.
• Prepare/ review contracts, searches, enquiries and title docs.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, solicitors and others.
• Provide timely updates and clear advice to clients.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Maintain file records and comply with AML/regulatory requirements.

Conveyancing Fee Earner / CILEx

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, highly regarded law firm with multiple offices. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and successful residential property team near Talbot Green.

This role would suit a conveyancing professional who is confident managing residential property transactions, delivering excellent client service and working effectively within a supportive, professional team.

The successful candidate will ideally be a newly qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer / CILEx with a strong background in residential conveyancing and the ability to manage matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
• Preparing and reviewing contract packs, searches, enquiries and title documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other relevant parties.
• Providing clear, timely advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensuring all transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Conducting appropriate due diligence, including compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with the firm's procedures and relevant legal requirements.
• Delivering a high standard of client care and contributing to the continued success of the property team.
