Exciting Opportunity – Conveyancing Fee Earner / Team Leader

Location: Flexible – Hybrid Working Available

Salary: £25k+ per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full and Part-Time Applications Considered)

Are you a dedicated conveyancing professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking firm seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner / Team Leader to join their team.

About the Role:

You will deliver comprehensive residential conveyancing services to direct and broker/introducer markets, managing files from inception to completion. This fast-paced, high-volume role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership/staircasing agreements, Right to Buy, new builds, limited company buy-to-lets, and auction properties.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to progress cases efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with policies, targets, and timelines.
• Use a case management system for independent management of a caseload.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in a high-volume conveyancing environment.
• Strong expertise in residential conveyancing, including leaseholds and specialist transactions.
• Familiarity with short-term lending and bridging finance (training available, not essential).
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong keyboard proficiency.
• A recognised legal qualification is preferred but not essential.
