Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd in Hull is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a busy Property team. The role handles a varied residential caseload from instruction to completion, with hybrid working after probation.

The successful candidate will review contracts and documents, submit Land Registry applications, and maintain strong client communications in a client-focused firm with a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing department
• Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT and case management system skills

Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Reviewing contracts, titles and property documentation
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
• Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with required deadlines
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hull, who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is looking to join a friendly, supportive and client-focused firm, with the opportunity to work on a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

Location: Hull/ Office-based initially, with hybrid working available after probation. Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Fee Earner:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Reviewing contracts, titles and property documentation
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
