Job summary

Service Care Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner for the Residential Property team. The role involves managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring high-quality service to a diverse client base.

Applicants should have proven experience in residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, with the ability to handle transfers of equity and new build work.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Eligibility to practice as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, Conveyancing Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with residential conveyancing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Provide a high-quality service to a broad range of clients.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, Conveyancing Executives, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with relevant residential conveyancing experience.
