Conveyancing Fee Earner Opportunity in the West Midlands

One of the largest firms in the West Midlands is looking to add a conveyancing fee earner to their growing residential property team. My client is seeking a fee earner, CILEx, CLC, or solicitor to join their team and manage a varied caseload while focusing on providing top client service.

They are looking for a conveyancer capable of handling most conveyancing transactional matters with minimal supervision, while also offering excellent 121 training on more complex issues and clear, transparent career development plans.

Responsibilities include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Lease Extensions
• Transfers
• Equity release
• New Builds
• First Registration

This role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to receive training to become a well-rounded conveyancer. The client is considering candidates from NQ level up to around 2 years PQE, but experienced fee-earning unqualified candidates with the right experience will also be considered.

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
