Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.
• Provide legal advice to clients and offer solutions in a professional and client-focused manner.
• Ensure that all transactions run smoothly and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and support to clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in residential property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and legislation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal work.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
