Responsibilities

• Handling administrative tasks and supporting the fee earner with the legal process.
• Managing emails and daily calls from clients, estate agents and other parties.
• Completing ID and compliance checks.
• Preparing standard letters, documents and correspondence.
• Carrying out Land Registry searches.
• Preparing and sending mortgage and contract reports.
• Requesting property searches and management packs.
• Checking online portals for updates and actions required.
• Supporting the team with exchanging contracts and arranging completion of transactions.
