Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in conveyancing or similar support role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Knowledge of conveyancing processes, regulations and data protection.
• Proficiency in IT with a professional telephone manner.
• A team player with a calm, friendly demeanour who can work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Case Handlers with managing sales and purchase files.
• Set up files for completion and ensure all requirements meet SLAs.
• Address queries from clients, agents and work providers with professionalism.
• Facilitate the smooth progression of files, including document preparation and fund transfers.
