Candidates should have experience in sales and purchase conveyancing, be quick and accurate, and able to handle a high volume of work with regular client contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
• 12+ months experience in conveyancing in sales and purchase.

Responsibilities

• Open new files and input instructions onto the Case Management system and produce letters and documents.
• Update Case Management system as the matter progresses.
• Issue contracts on sale files and assist with replies to enquiries.
• Order searches and deal with exchanges and related paperwork.
• Set up completions and issue mortgage reports to clients.
• Handle incoming post and telephone enquiries; general administration duties.
