Qualifications

• Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
• 12+ months experience in conveyancing in sales and purchase.
• Salary for this role will be based on experience; indicate current salary and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Open new files and input new instructions into Case Management system.
• Update Case Management system as matter progresses.
• Issue contracts on sale files and assist with replies to enquiries.
• Order searches and deal with exchanges and related paperwork.
• Set up completions and issue mortgage reports to clients.
• Handle incoming post and telephone enquiries; general admin duties.
