GoodLaw Solicitors LLP are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our busy Property department in Farnham. We are a vibrant, friendly firm seeking the best talent to join and grow with us. This role will initially be as maternity cover but the successful candidate will work on creating a conveyancing department for our Gatwick office and develop connections and relations within that area.

You will have at least 2 year’s PQE as a Solicitor, a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or a Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) and are looking for a fresh opportunity. You will thrive in our fast-paced, high-volume environment, drawing on your experience of managing a varied residential caseload. You will share our ethos of providing an accessible, affordable, high-quality service to our clients, and be able to champion our brand in the local market.

• Shared ownership

• Re-mortgages
• Liaising with clients and external professionals
• Lease extensions
• Equity release
• Legal executive or solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE
• Skills to support networking and department development

• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and client care skills

· Salary dependent on experience, starting salary from £40,000 per annum with an attractive, achievable bonus scheme

· 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure

· Hybrid Working negotiable
