Job description

We are working with a leading law firm who have multiple offices across East Anglia and they are currently actively seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Essex branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to contribute to the firm's growth and success while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Position Overview
The Conveyancer will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and deliver exceptional service to clients and contribute to the firm's reputation for their excellent legal advice and award-winning customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential conveyancing caseload from file opening to post-completion
  • Conduct matters on behalf of clients with professionalism and efficiency
  • Utilise the firm's case management system effectively
  • Handle own administration and assist colleagues when necessary
  • Contribute to the firm's business development efforts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Conveyancer
  • Good understanding of property law and residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent business development skills and a positive outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client care with a friendly attitude
