Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is assisting a respected Tonbridge law firm in its search for an experienced Conveyancer to handle a quality residential conveyancing caseload. The role offers a genuine progression path and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Location is Tonbridge, Kent, with office-based work and flexible options. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Formación

• 3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent).
• Proven background in UK private practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents
• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
