What You’ll Be Doing as a Conveyancer:

• Managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for both residential and commercial property transactions
• Conducting property searches, reviewing legal documents, and identifying potential issues
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage agreements, and other documentation
• Communicating clearly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a seamless transaction
• Handling financial elements of transactions, including deposits and completion funds
• Keeping accurate case records and ensuring full compliance with property law and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years PQE
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active cases
• Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and personable attitude with strong communication skills
