Responsibilities

• Réunions téléphoniques quotidiennes avec les clients.
• Création de rapports juridiques à partir des vérifications de titres.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Conveyancer at Inspire Legal Group. You will be part of a forward-thinking, smart firm where legal tech facilitates your work.

You will be responsible for Risk Assessments, Title Checking, and Generating Reports to Clients.

The role includes daily telephone meetings with clients, supported by our Client Services Team. Title Checks and enquiries will be used to create legal reports, with automated task lists allowing lawyers to focus on legal work.

This position requires reacting to various legal matters daily in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Experience in Title Checking, Raising Enquiries, and Legal Document Preparation
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely, engaging in daily team meetings supporting the Head of Conveyancing
• Experience in RTB Leasehold and Freehold Purchases and Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent, with 5 years proven experience
