New Vacancy | Senior Conveyancer | £45k+ | Gloucestershire | Flexible working

Are you interested in joining a respected and long-established legal practice, which is looking to grow its Property team?

The opportunity has arisen due to retirement, and you will be stepping into an active caseload with immediate work available.

The role includes handling retirement home new-build contracts, making it well-suited for someone with experience in plot sales. Clients are predominantly elderly, so a patient and understanding approach is essential, along with strong organisational skills to manage a high-volume workload.

While the firm is open to various levels of qualification—CILEX, Solicitor, or unqualified candidates with solid experience—a minimum of five years’ experience and the ability to work confidently and independently are preferred.

This role offers a unique opportunity as there is no business development pressure. The focus is solely on providing a high standard of service to existing clients.
