Job Opportunity: Senior Property Lawyer

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to work in a hybrid or fully remote setting as a conveyancing team leader and supervisor. You will oversee a team of 10 staff, including fee earners and support personnel. The firm maintains a manageable caseload, expecting lawyers to handle no more than 70 files, and offers a lucrative bonus scheme to reward busy periods.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and advise the conveyancing team.
2. Handle residential conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, purchases, property transactions, sales, and remortgages.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
4. Commercial property experience is beneficial but not essential.
