Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing files.
• Work with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant and support teams for Client Onboarding, Post Exchange, and Post Completion.
• Utilize a customized Visual Files Case Management system to automate routine tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years (ideally 5+ years) experience in residential conveyancing, managing both Freehold and Leasehold cases.
• Good character and strong values.
• Proven excellent client service skills.
• Experience with Case Management systems is preferred.
