Qualifications

• Experienced conveyancer in residential property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed client instructions and manage the conveyancing lifecycle from instruction to completion.
• Conduct searches and enquires, review title, and prepare contracts and completion documents.
• Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and local authorities; liaise with clients to maintain clear communication.
• Manage your own caseload competently with support available as needed and exercise sound judgment to resolve issues.

You'll liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and local authorities, balancing meticulous attention to detail with efficient client communication. You'll be expected to manage your own caseload competently, with support readily available when needed, and to exercise sound judgment in identifying and resolving the kinds of issues that inevitably arise in residential transactions.
