As a Converting Operator Apprentice, you'll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in tissue paper converting operations while working towards a Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship, with a typical duration of up to 15 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge needed for a future career as a Converting Operator. You'll report directly to one of our experienced managers who will support your development throughout your apprenticeship and help you make the most of this opportunity.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent Converting Operator position, subject to business needs and performance.
