Role Overview:

The UI Designer will support voicebots and chatbots, acting as a technical consultant with expertise in speech recognition, conversational technology, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces and documentation for clients’ self-service channels using prompt engineering, LLMs, NLU, directed dialogue, DTMF, and chat.
• Analyze business needs and processes; assist with task and workflow analysis.
• Build relationships with internal teams (project managers, developers, product managers) and external clients to determine requirements.
• Assist with usability testing and user performance evaluation.
• Maintain knowledge of contact center metrics and evolving technologies.
