Job summary

ReeVR in Derby is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer - Controls to lead delivery of electrical and control systems for a major energy project. You will work across PLC, HMI and SCADA, from design through to commissioning and client handover.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in electrical project engineering, strong PLC background (Siemens or Rockwell), ICONICS SCADA expertise and hands-on FAT/SAT/commissioning experience. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Electrical project engineering / controls experience required.
• Strong PLC background (Siemens or Rockwell preferred).
• ICONICS SCADA experience essential.
• Experience with HMI and industrial control systems.
• FAT, SAT and commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of electrical and control systems from design through to commissioning and client handover.
• Work with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Support integration and testing activities across PLC, HMI and SCADA.
• Collaborate with commissioning and FAT/SAT activities to ensure successful handover.

ReeVR are recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer - Controls to join a systems integrator delivering a major energy / battery storage project in Derby.

The role will focus on the delivery of electrical and control systems, working across PLC, HMI and SCADA, with responsibility from design and testing through to commissioning and client handover.

Key requirements:

• Electrical Project Engineering / Controls experience
• Strong PLC background - Siemens or Rockwell preferred
• ICONICS SCADA experience is essential
• HMI and industrial control systems
• FAT, SAT and commissioning experience
• Ability to work with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong technical documentation and project delivery skills
