ETS Consulting Ltd is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Controls Engineer at a leading UK manufacturer based in Mirfield. You will join a secure group with over 100 years of history and take responsibility for day-to-day engineering and maintenance of automated production lines.

The role involves working with PLC systems, HMI, drives, and instrumentation on a variety of machines, with strong development opportunities and a potential supervisory path in the future.

Qualifications

• Time served electrical engineer with PLC/HMI experience.
• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of gearboxes, AC/DC drives, motors and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day engineering and maintenance to high standards.
• Work on automated machinery including conveyors, belts and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Maximise machine efficiencies with potential future supervisory duties.
