Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a world-class manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring high standards and maximising machine efficiencies.

You should be an apprentice-trained mechanical engineer, comfortable working independently, with experience in pipework, pumps, and automation.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained mechanical engineer with time served status.
• Experience with pipework, pumps and automation; PLC experience advantageous.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance (PPM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities to high standards.
• Maximise machine efficiencies; work on automated PLC-controlled equipment and act independently.
