Job summary
Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team focused on automotive remanufacturing.
You will design, implement, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and robotics, across disassembly, assembly, testing, and testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and lead multiple projects from concept through commissioning, emphasizing safety, reliability, and continuous
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and PLCs.
- Designing and executing robotics and automation solutions, including cell design and end-effectors.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical and Visio for schematics.
- Experience with LabVIEW and industrial sensors.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost and effort estimates for new product launches.
- Interface with customers and visit sites as needed.
- Mentor engineers and lead teams.
- Design and implement advanced industrial equipment and inspection systems.
- Create electrical and mechanical design architectures.
- Develop maintenance documentation and project management artifacts.
