Job summary

AVK UK Limited is seeking a Product & Solutions Manager for Control Valves. The role is flexible with remote working options and focuses on owning the control valve product range and budget, driving market share and product improvements across the sales, operations and site services teams.

You will review specifications, support projects from quotation through delivery, and build relationships with water companies and contractors while ensuring safety and compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and commercial understanding of control valves and related products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience in the water industry or similar technical environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product champion for control valves, supporting colleagues and customers throughout the sales process.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and scopes of work for control valve projects.
• Collaborate with our internal supply chain and external customers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide specialist advice and training internally and externally.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in water companies and contractors.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
