Job summary

ATC Computer Transport & Logistics is seeking a proactive Team Lead to guide the Control Tower Planning Team, coordinating transport planning for hyperscale data centre clients across Europe, the UK and Ireland.

The role reports to the Planning Manager and requires strong organisation, decision‑making under pressure, and a focus on service delivery, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in transport planning or logistics.
• Experience in high‑service or white‑glove operations is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day planning team activities to meet service and performance targets.
• Oversee internal truck fleet planning and utilisation.
• Provide regular updates on team performance, planning activity and risks.
• Manage shipments monitoring and customer communications with timely updates.
