DSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant in Bristol. This role will ensure smooth operations by handling day-to-day irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations.

Key Tasks

1. Responsible for tasks with low to medium complexity
2. Handle day-to-day operational challenges or irregularities, escalating when appropriate
3. Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers and suppliers
4. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs)
5. Provide support for the team by completing additional tasks as required
6. Ensure compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations
