Position: Control Tower Assistant - Bristol

This role ensures smooth operations by handling daily irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations.

Key Tasks
  1. Handle tasks of low to medium complexity.
  2. Manage daily operational challenges or irregularities, escalating when necessary.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers and suppliers.
  4. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).
  5. Support the team by completing additional tasks as required.
  6. Ensure compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Logical thinking ability.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
