Job summary

Rullion Ltd is advertising a permanent Control Systems Senior Software Engineer role with hybrid working options in the UK. The position focuses on designing, developing and implementing PLC-based control and SCADA software for industrial systems.

Candidates should have 3+ years’ experience with Siemens PCS7 or Rockwell Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View SE, as well as IEC61131 programming and rigorous testing practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Siemens PCS7 Automation Stations or Rockwell Studio 5000.
• 3+ years SCADA configuration using Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE.
• Experience producing design and test specifications.
• Experience writing IEC61131 software (ladder, FB, SFC, ST).
• UK National Security Vetting (BPSS) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement PLC-based control and SCADA software.

• Conduct internal and customer factory acceptance tests.

Writing software to IEC61131 utilising ladder, function block diagram, sequential function chart and structured text.

Performing Internal and Customer Factory Acceptance Tests

Technical Checking & Reviewing of Engineering produced by others.

UK National Security Vetting Status

• BPSS Required for this role
