Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced BI Developer / Data Engineer to join our growing data team at Warton Aerodrome. You will transform complex business data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and visualisation, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements.

The role focuses on building data solutions, ETL pipelines, and maintaining data quality across Cognos Analytics and Tableau, with opportunities to extend data warehousing concepts and explore cloud-based

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics.
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau.
• Proficient in SQL and data extraction techniques.
• Experience with data modelling and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in BI, Reporting, or Data Analytics environments.

Salary: £55.00ph PAYE / £74.26ph umbrella Inside IR35

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, build data solutions, and deliver high-quality analytics that support business decision‑making.
