Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support data engineering and BI activities at Warton Aerodrome. The role is on-site three days per week, with regulatory and security considerations in a highly technical environment.

You will develop and maintain data pipelines, design BI solutions, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver secure, reliable reporting across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering and business intelligence.
• Understanding of data modelling, data integration and ETL processes.
• Experience working with data platforms, reporting tools and structured datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, security-conscious environment.
• Current or transferable SC security clearance, or the ability to meet the required security standards.

• Contract position running until 30 July 2027
• Based at Warton Aerodrome
• Three days on site each week
• 37 hours per week
• Inside IR35
