Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Control Systems Engineer for a permanent role in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. You will design, configure and develop PLC/SCADA software and manage projects from concept to commissioning in a collaborative environment.

We value 5+ years’ experience, ideally with a system integrator background, and offer a clear path to Chartered Engineer status. Office-to-site work is expected with some flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure and develop PLC and SCADA software from scratch.
• Deliver full project lifecycle – from concept through to commissioning.
• Produce detailed specifications and design documentation.
• Test and commission systems safely in operational environments.
• Work on an approximate 85%/15% office-to-site split (regional sites, very occasional overnight staying away).

Control Systems Engineer – Sheffield / South Yorkshire – System Integrator / Process Control – Permanent – £50,000 to £65,000

• Ideally degree-qualified with 5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Previous experience working for a system integrator is highly desirable.
• UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
