We are currently seeking a reliable, confident, and proactive Control Room Security Officer to join our dedicated team on a vibrant and well-maintained site. If you thrive in a busy control room environment and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Control Room Security Officer

Pay Rate: £16.08ph

Work Schedule:

• Day Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 4 nights on, 4 nights off — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Each shift lasts 12 hours.

Qualifications: SIA license and CCTV licence required

Job Description

• Monitoring and operating CCTV systems in a busy control room
• Conducting mobile patrols around the site as required
• Completing detailed reports and maintaining incident logs
• Using Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• Providing a first response in line with first aid procedures (training provided if necessary)
• Working closely with the wider security team and reporting directly to the Security Supervisor
• Maintaining high levels of situational awareness and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• A current SIA licence
• CCTV Licence
• First aid certification
• Right to work in the UK
• 5-year checkable employment/education history
• Strong IT skills, confident using PCs and standard software (Excel)
• Experience in CCTV monitoring and control room duties
• A team player attitude with great communication skills
