Control Room Operator - Mitie Business Services

We are seeking an organized, efficient, and experienced Control Room Operator to join our security team. You will work within a supportive team to monitor CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire alarm panels.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily operational requirements, ensuring compliance, and accurately recording incidents to identify risks.
• Escalating incidents, reporting Health and Safety concerns, and responding to emergency situations.
• Producing accurate reports to ensure alarms are responded to efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

• The Private Security Industry laws
• Health and Safety regulations for Security Operatives
• Fire Safety, Technology, and Systems in Security
• Emergency Procedures
