Equinor UK Limited is seeking a Control Room Leader to oversee the safe, efficient operation of the Greater Wash offshore wind assets from Great Yarmouth. You will lead a 24/7 team, ensure SCADA monitoring and high‑voltage control are maintained, and drive safety and compliance across operations.
The role requires experience in offshore wind, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk management and incident response.
The Control Room Leader is responsible for the safe, effective and efficient operation of the Greater Wash asset (Dudgeon, Hywind Scotland and Sheringham Shoal) 24/7 Offshore Wind Control Room located in Great Yarmouth. The role provides leadership to Control Room personnel and ensures the delivery of critical operational services including high-voltage network control, SCADA monitoring, marine coordination, emergency response support, production reporting and operational communications. The Control Room Leader will ensure that operational activities are performed in compliance with company procedures, grid requirements, electrical safety rules, statutory regulations and industry best practice, whilst driving continuous improvement in operational performance and workforce capability.
