Job summary

Concept Resources in Redditch, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Wireman for a full-time role with 40 hours per week. You will build and wire electrical control panels to customer specifications, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ field experience or an apprenticeship, and can read CAD schematics and wiring diagrams. Willingness to work as part of a team and occasionally visit sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ practical experience as an Electrical Panel Wireman or similar.
• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or relevant vocational qualification (CSCS accreditation advantageous).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and circuit diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret CAD schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel drawings.
• Build and wire BMS and power panels.
• Install wiring and associated electrical components.
• Identify and report faults in wiring systems.
• Inspect and test panels prior to dispatch.
• Use hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support and guide apprentices or junior team members where required.
• Pack completed panels safely for delivery.
• Occasional site visits may be required.
